Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Neural Connects under a written order confirmation. This website does not process payments; invoicing occurs offline.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must reach us at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date or the first scheduled on-site day. Requests between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a 50% refund. Inside 7 days, fees are generally non-refundable except as noted under exceptions.

Full or partial refund conditions

A full refund is available if we cancel a cohort or intensive. Partial refunds apply when you cancel within the windows above or when we mutually agree to reduce scope after kickoff. Credit toward a later cohort may be offered instead of cash where both parties prefer it.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked by the client, third-party venue costs, custom materials already delivered, and completed one-to-one Agenda Studio hours are non-refundable. Deposit amounts marked non-refundable in the order confirmation remain so.

Refund process

Email info@neural-connects.digital with your invoice number, participant name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the eligible amount.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer or card, as invoiced). Currency matches the invoice.

Cancellation by Neural Connects

If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee. We are not responsible for participant travel costs unless agreed in writing.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable. Documented medical emergencies or plant closures that make attendance impossible may qualify for goodwill credits assessed case by case.
